( Canal, Local Ramps, Local Private Marinas (Yes , local marinas, they have ways to get sneaky violators). The sad part is I know a lot of guys who have had enough and feel the same way.  Guys who faithfully measured their catch and threw back shorts - even ones that were close while they had no keepers.  Honest guys trying to follow the rules who now feel that they are the fools.  Boston Tea Party---I am in! I am sure most of the people on here are responsible and good stewards of the environment. Enough is enough!
