Managed to sneak away for a few days to our favorite Lake Ontario Creeks...We were planing the trip for months and had an all star cast. Broken Bobber Tom, Stelly, Backdoor Billy aka Mr Hen, and Pulled Pork Paul.
Water has been terrible low for this time of the year and many of the creeks still need rain... Looks like sept or aug water level.
Started out in the estuaries it was mostly a Morning and evening bite with nice steelhead/bows and Browns. Billy landed one of the most beautiful fish i ever seen the first morning at 10 lbs pretty red stripe Pic attached... Everyone caught some fish mixed in size from 2-10lbs
Day 2 we seen our best morning bite Billy landed a silver fresh steelhead at 12lbs 1 of 14 steelheads he caught alone that day Bobber a Coho and Steelies and Wayne got a 12 lb brown 1 of 4 he had over 10lbs...
Did he same thing the whole time Up there bunch of nice steelhead and some BIG BROWNS.
Fishing was a little slow in the mid day but still enough to be interested
Wayne caught 4 browns over 10 lbs with he biggest over 13 lbs grand total 47 lbs !!!
Bobber and Stelly had some nice fish... and Paul was on fire for his short stay!

We released almost all the fish just keeping a few for da smoker... Pictures are the best thing ya can ake home from up there!!!!
