Looks great. How are the engines?

Very nice Nick, Those engines are easy to work on and I believe they are 270hp each not 260..

boat now is twice the price cause its a 2005.  Boat I have now has payments, this one will not have payments.  Twin outboards that I have now won't be much better, if at all compared to twin I/B, with fuel.  So as long as all the other little things are in OK condition, everything should be good.  I do have a few others I am looking at.  Have to wait and see.  I won't make a move until after January anyway.  Just trying to get some ideas and feed back from you guys.

Don't know anything concerning that boat but I can tell you that the guys at Aquarius are great guys to deal with. No pressure, very knowledgeable people. I recently purchased my Regulator there and could not be happier with how they handled the sale.

Too big to tow could be something to think about. You're going to have to pay somebody every time you want to haul or store it.

this was my only con about the boat.  So I am thinking.. I am saving $460.00 per month in a boat payment, how much can it cost to haul it...?

based on prior experiences witrh haul outs, a quick haul is about 7 bucks a foot just to haul and check out something like a prop or transducer....so about 210 bucks average....a haul and block to work on a gear or something for a day or two the is more like the 15 $ per foot range or close to 500 bucks

i will still have my trailer for simple pull outs to do work on the boat.. just too big to tow down the parkway, it pretty much what I ment.  If I want to take it to a rented shore home, I can just drive it down the coast..

Nick, if your 26' trailer is what you are planning on using - don't make a mistake and put that beast on it.  That boat is A LOT heavier than your 26' Seaswirl and could snap that trailer in two even on a short haul.  Make sure you know what its rated for before you do anything!!!!

Most inboards need to be lifted with cradles even small ones. I "had" a 24 Rampage and always had it lifted from the water because of rudder and shaft.Hydraulic trailer was used then to transport or I just stored at the marina. ;D
