In 2011 the federal government can charge for the federal saltwater fishing registry. This charge may be from $15-25. For 2010 the registry is free.

If that's what you're referring to, the state has this year to take over the administration of the registry.  We will probably either have a free registry or fee based license administered by NJ before the end of the year.  I would find it hard to believe that we will allow the feds to continue running this and collecting fees into 2011 and beyond.
