Rod holder/Cargo consideration

what do you guys think of it i mean the price seems a little high but then again im getting a caro rack as well.

Anybody who knows of a better or similar product for better price please feel free to add...But keep in mind it would have to be rear mounted and i would have to be able to open my hatch on my land rover

Personally I prefer this rod holder/ beverage holder over yours.
Plus this on has "the go get the beer and bait" option.  
Now all you need are ear plugs or an ipod  

Note: this model can be mounted front or rear.

Just keep in mind, if it will be hitch mounted, then there will be a little wobble. You'd have to strap your cooler down, but other then that I don't see why that setup would be a bad idea.

Also, if you have a Land Rover, their interior is pretty darn big. Would you really need that large cargo rack? I'm sure you can just get away with a simple 6-tube rod rack like I have on my truck. Just a suggestion.

I have a front mount and like it better than the rear mount.  I can sit in the cab and watch the poles as I also use it as a rod holder for rods I have line in the water.  I had it mounted in the back but found that whenever I had to move it was a pain to close the rear hatch and relocate the holder all the time.

Price seems right in the ball park as I paid 285 for mine a few years ago and it is not as big as that one is.
