I head down to the Raritan Bay area a few times a year and fish the East River of New York regularly. I did a Google search just to see what was out there and found this site. I've been sitting back reading, learning, and laughing so I finally wanted to join in since it seems like a GREAT group of guys. Thanx, Tim

just surfing to find out were and when stripers move from R.I. to N. J. haveing Turkey day dinner in philly. wanted to fish black Fri. I hope the bite is onnn? got 2 keepers in R.I. 4 wks. ago. see ya on the beach.

Welcome to the site Conn. The striper bite is absolutely on right now. They will be hanging out for a while. A good bet would be to find a party boat out of Point Pleasant or Barnegat. You should be into some good fishing on Black Friday. Good luck.  t^
