Found your organization through facebook. Saw a post on shark fishing IBSP, that I will be attending if the surf permits!

I found the site by searching for hints on striper fishing.  I am new to the sport and I have to tell you I love your site.  The members are so helpful.  I look forward to getting started this fall.  Thanks for all your insight!

Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

Welcome both of you.  We are in my opinion the most friendliest fishing site out there.  If you have any questions don't be afraid to post it as I am sure many others have the same question on their minds.

Striped Bass should start to pick up on a month so start getting your gear in order.  I like to use plugs in the Fall as the water cools the bass start to migrate south and are nice and big from feeding all summer up north.

Maybe an article on plugs is in order for the surf, we'll see what happens.

Again welcome to the site.

Happy Catching

Paul

Hi,

Found this site via Google, headed out to Spring Lake over Columbus Day weekend and wanted to find out some info about party boat fishing that time of the year.  Which forum should I post in?  Thanks for the informative site.

Pete
