I might be jumping on the J2 sunday, their fishing the mudhole for ling & cod

I'm going but where is the question   I might go on the 125 Jamaica Sat into Sun. for cod or I'm going to stay in PA and fish for small mouth and walleye.  The river is on fire and my friend was out on Wed. and only fished from shore and caught over 20 small mouth over 4 lbs plus a bunch of smaller ones.  The fish are laying in deep holes along with the walleye and this weekend is going to be beautiful so I will be fishing some where and will post pictures on Monday.

Going to fish Spruce run from shore for a couple of hours. I've caught Pike in yars past just after ice out...but now I'm tempted to try to fish the Delaware after Snack's post...

Good luck, I was thinking about going for Block Island cod too this weekend.  but I think I'm staying local.

i'm still looking on driving down to pt.pleasan this sat 3/6..i was there on 2/20 & did well with nice size cod...i sent out E-MAILS & MADE PHONE CALLS to the same capts,but haven't hear from them as of this post.. DOES anyone know, if the pt.pleasan fleet will be sailing this sat 3/6, weather permitting. thanks for any infro..

i made up my mind,& going back out on the gambler.( i hope people show up.)sat 3/6..  ********UPDATE>>>>> WE SAILED ON THE GAMBLER,ITS OUR SECOND TIME ON THE GAMGLER THIS YEAR FOR CODFISH, AND WE HIT THEM WELL,FIRST DROP IT WAS LOCK & LOAD,BIG COD..THE POOL MUST HAVE BEEN 37 POUNDS..VERY NICE FISH CAME UP MY FISH WAS 18 POUNDS WITH MY OTHERS AROUND THE SAME...THANKS GO OUT TO THE WHOLE GREW & CAPT BOB,FOR ANOTHER FINE DAY OF FISHING....
