That Really depends on a lot of factors.

What Area of the mud hole.  15 Miles?   30 Miles nts

The Weather Window.

Safety equipment.

And Electronics. to add a few

You can have a full day out there where it's like a lake, but then again....

I would say.. HELL NO.. no matter how deep into the mudhole.  Too many things can change, weather/water wise.

I would say if you have to ask you are not ready to make the run.  For a hike like that in a 19' er to many things can go wrong.

In Mexico, they would say si, and would do it, and when they got there, they would fish with mono wrapped around a soda can. nts

Here in New Jersey, we say F*&% No!!! Don't do it! Find someone with a larger boat, either a member here,a charter, or jump a party boat, but don't risk life and limb in a boat like that. Better safe than sorry.  <'(((((><
I've spent most of my life fishing, the rest I've just wasted     <'((((><
