Left AH early and headed south looking for the bunker. Found them at SRI and snag and dropped with nothing to show.Went down to MI and all the way back up to red church hump for a little fluking. Got one at 17 and 7/8ths. got a call of tons of bunker south looking a little scaered so back to MI we go. But no bass there. slowly made my way north stopping here and there dropping chunks and livies. Made it to the rocks and saw a few good charters there so started drifting. Got a nice blue to the boat before he bit through the leader. Had to have been 16-18lbs. That was it. for the day. Ran back towards home and dropped off left over bunker to my friend who was anchored up at Romers. He was nice enough to show me the 30 lber he nailed on a clam. My third trip in a row where nothing happened. You really need to be at the right place at the right time. I did not mark bass. Did not see them breaking on the bunker. That is what I am used to thise time of year. I guess I need to learn a lot more about spring time bass.
