Had no charter today and Matt didn't have to work at the dock until 4 so away we went in search of that doormat.
Were on the grounds fishing, only improvement from yesterday was that the shorts were a whole lot closer to being legal (if thats an improvement).
Fished the last of the imcoming through the slack and the beginning of the outgoing. We did have one keeper which was about 20" but was lost at the side of the boat with a flip-o-d-tail when Matt tried to hold the rod and net the fish, then he almost jumped overboard to grab it....a funny sight indeed.
A good day with the boy and that is all that matters
