Back to North Cove for an hour for Bass with a pic
« on: June 14, 2010, 12:38:46 PM »
Well went back to the North Cove in my town today, fished for largemouth... There are some nice ones in there because ive caught them up to 5 pounds, but not today. Fished a green/yellow spinnerbait with black creme worm on the hook. Caught 1 small guy, released to be caught another time. Tried a jig head with a little rubber shad but nothing. Kind of hard to jig from land  fcp

Saw big carp jumping out in the water, but had no corn today, wasnt my target.  thud

Until next time ... Fish On!

Thanks. Big change going from saltwater to small freshwater bass, but it keeps me busy and well rounded of all types of fishing? I've never used spinner baits with a trailer? Of a rubber worm on the hook... I can imagine thatd be sweet for pike!
