sandy hook surf?

i was wonderin if anyone is doin any good fishing he sandy hook beaches?

I was thinking the same thing... Was gonna walk the point for fluke with my cousin and his buddy on monday... Nice Jar of gulp and some juicy Killies... Are the birdss nesting again like the last 80 years, I'm not doing a 2 mile tread on sand to get kicked out because there's 3000 birds flying around...
