« on: July 19, 2010, 02:01:51 PM »
Got an early start out of KEYPORT MARINA,at 6 oclock.CAPY DON,BUCKTAIL DON and NICKY B.Headed straight for BOUY 19 and 20 in the RARITAN REACH.Had a good south west which made for a good drift. 5hrug as usual all 17 1/2 fish coming over the rail.finally NICKY B connects with a nice 21 for the box.Bucktail DON after catching 20 shorts, puts a 20 in the box,as he says it is a twenty to one day.Not one blue deamon or sea robin was caugth.Finnaly old cappy DON gets a keeper an 18 incher.THREE in the BOX.Sky getting dark drift not to good,we start to head back to KEYPORT in the pouring rain. All in ALL a great day on the bay,and a fish diner on the table.

Ha, it's so fun going through the no wake zone by the sailboats in the pouring rain at idle speed.  Been there, done that.  Nice report though.
The cure for everything is salt water: sweat, tears, and the sea.

;D  Good thing "SNAGGLE TOOTH" made up for it today.  Yesterday, I think he fished for all of about 10 minutes.  The rest of the time he was untying a mess or trying to pull himself off a snag  ;D   Nice job for a short trip guys t^
