Black Sea Bass Season for 2010

The 08/12/10 and previous issues of The Fisherman Mag. say that the Black Sea Bass season for NJ is 12.50" 25 bag, 05/22-09/12.

The current issue dated 08/19/10 says 05/22-10/11 and 11/01-12/31

So what is correct and is this only NJ or is this the same as Federal 3 mile out?

I am confused  What are the cuurent regs. ?

I guess the printed information I had was wrong or just updated.

Are the NJ regs. the same as Fed.? Because last year NJ was open and Fed. was closed.
