There are slips open at my marina, Shark River Yacht Club, on the Shark River. I spoke to the marina owner last week inquiring for a friend who wants to put his newly purchased boat in for Oct and Nov. $300 per month is what I was quoted.

Nick.. price was right but wasn't real happy with the way the boat sat there...no finger docks suck, and wasnt so easy going alone, hated pulling in nose first but was better than azz first..guys next to me were bangin around just to close for me....

I agree with you that $300 is high Tom. Just wanted to throw it out there so you had something to compare with from other prices you get.

Oh yeah, there are floating docks but no finger piers. Marina on the other side of the island, Total Marine, talk to Scottie) has floats with fingers. Don't know if they have any slips open at this time. # for Scott - 732-775-7842. Tell him Joe "Irish Ayes" said to call.

The currant in SEa Venture is not bad at all it is indented a little from the rest of the shore. There are 2 slips open next to me at the inshore end of the dock and it is no problem what so ever
