Scouring the Bay 9/15
« on: September 16, 2010, 10:28:32 AM »
Busted out after work, looking for birds or really anything. Nice conditions, a little cool but one of those evenings where nobody's around and you get the xtra 200r's out of the mill... WFO

As it got dark we wound up doing some drifting / scouting some areas in a little more detail; checking out the sounder a little closer for some ideas for next season. Tombo and I found a couple patches of what appeared to be fishy bottom up off the CH; also in and around Flynn's. Put a few waypoints in to check out in the future.

Ran into Todd out there- he was flogging his ol' ChrisCraft into submission; stopped and said hi over near OO Light. Not much else going on; a very nice night out on the water....

The old scouting trips, not a bad thing at all.  t^
