Wow that's a broad statement.  Narrow it down a bit so the guys can understand what you are looking for.  Like the size of the boat, what you are looking for and how much you are willing to spend.

Sorry for being so generic I have a 18' manatee I just need a fish finder that works. It doesn't have to be fancy or color just need depth and fish finder the cheaper the better. I will hopefully be moving up to a larger boat next year so I don't want to spend a fortune or buy brand new I'm just more worried about hitting bottom, rocks etc. Thanks for any info

BigAl,

I think I've got what you're looking for.  This is a Bottom Line Tournament 1250.  I bought it a few years back and (long story) never got to use it.

It's got all the features you need:
* Depth
* Bottom contour
* "Fish D'Tect"
* Water Temp
* Alarms and more
It also has "Patented Sidefinder Technology" and "Rugged Saltwater Construction".

It was a display model when I bought it (meaning the monitor was on display).  All the other parts, transducer, cables, mounting hardware are still in their packages.  There is no User's Manual in the box, but you can find a copy of it here http://www.gps-info.com.ua/wp-content/downloads/manuals/kart_echo/bottom_line/Manual_Tournament_1250.pdf

I was going to hang onto it.  But since you're looking for one, and I'm looking to get some money together for a new offshore set up, I figure this will work out for both of us. ;D

Original retail on this was $149.99.  I'll let it go cheap.  $49 picked up or $59 shipped. t^

Let me know.

Thanks,
Bob
