Any Stripers yet??
« on: October 08, 2010, 01:01:10 PM »
Hello Fellow Anglers,

I have been a freshwater bass and trout guy for most of my life (28 years). I was never deprived of the occasional party boat into the back bay though.  Last year I spent the summer living in Belize teaching and was out on a boat all day in the Lagoon.  One day though my life changed.  I landed a 40 pound barracuda!! Ever since, I want to catch saltwater fish! I just picked up a Penn CLL6000 and an ugly stick, now  i need your help and advice as to where to go???  I've read the posts about reading the surf and rigging the rods, Just looking for suggestions as to what beaches/bays are producing.  Hoping you can help?

Kindly,

Justin
