Today we had on board Steve, Andy, Keri and Alexa for some Bass/Blue action...well that was the plan.

Forcast was for 10-15 west wind and seas 2-3 ft, well she was blowing 25 and had 4-5 ft in the morning.

Got a little late start and headed out, first stop was between the channels, good reads, birds working, but no bite. The crew jigged there arms off, kept trying to switch up to entice a bite but to no avail.

Switched over to pulling string and had a couple Deamons.

Made the run south and had good reads off shore of the Rocks, again no hook ups. Ran south off Long Branch, had fish swirling on top, birds working, great readins but nothing except a short FLuke on an AVA.

The crew were real troopers, jigged and casted there arms off but to no avail. Tried about everything in my Bag to get a responce, nodda.

Can only hope with the passing of the Moon that the bite comes back.

Saw and spoke to Capt Rich of ---------, good to see him on the water.

Better days are coming

Nice Try Capt. Bob t^
Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.
