Thurs Eve. 10/28
« on: October 30, 2010, 01:06:54 PM »
Missed the usual Weds. nite skunkfest so tried for Thurs. instead.
Also missed Eddie by about 30mins (stupid work) so we hailed him as he hooked up with a justshort. Beelined over for a mugging. He put it much more nicely.
Wind laid down quite a bit, nice night. Marking lots of stuff in 20-40ft with water temp right around 57. Threw some Gulp eels, as well as a few dark swim shads, nada.
Eddo made a move while we continued casting near the rockpile. Sink to the bottom, jig up, nothin doin. We headed to the Chapel Hill, continuing to mark, as the tide started incoming against a light wind.

Nothing yet again... We suck..... Will keep YSA in water til next Weds., hopefully get out once or twice more and wash off Pepe.

Back at the dock around 10:30, cleaned up, had some sodas with Tom, and called it a night.

Hey Warren,  It was great to have some company out in the bay. I heard that the sunset troll with umbrella tube rigs were killer thursday. Too bad the info was 2 hours late. :P,    See you soon my friend! chrz
