11-1-10 Shark River
« on: November 01, 2010, 07:24:48 PM »
Broke the inlet this am to a snotty ocean.  Stayed tight to the beach and worked up to Asbury where there were a few birds about 3/4 mile off.  Ended up with 4 blue fish on the jigs.  Ran back to the beach when the birds disappeared and fished a LB Rock Pile.  Non-stop action with the Sea Bass, Porgies and Blackfish.   Boat comes home wed so we are at the end.  Bad news was that some scum bag stole my console cover and engine flushing muffs out of the dock box. Console cover was only a year old and custom made for the boat.

Nice report Dave.  Lots of action! t^

Sorry about your cover.  Hopefully, they will catch the guy that stole it from you.
