Headed out with Tony Triggs charter for another day on the tog grounds. Cool Hand Al, Joe Jiggs, Reel Ron , Bob Bates, and John rounded out todays crew.
DAYS BLACK FISHERMAN DREAM ABOUT!!!
Even though we had a slow bite yesterday i headed back to the same area hoping they would bite better today...
AND BOY DID THEY!!!
Had no conditions so we grappled to a little piece and the big tog started flying immediately ... bite started out lock and load and all the fish were from 5 - 8 1/2 lbs!!!
Then we had a few even bigger!!! Cool Hand AL had one at 10 1/2 lbs, and Bob Bates had one just over 10 lbs ( both there second of the week )... few more 7-9 lbers to boot.
Conditions were tough but we would shift alittle and the blackfish would start flying again!!!
Reel Ron was next with his new personal best blackfish at 11 1/2 lbs
They just kept on comin!!!
The guys Boxed up an early boat Limit and enjoyed c&r (and lots of it) for the rest of the day!!!
Bite did slow up by mid day but we still picked at some nice fish here and there.
We finally swung off the piece... was going to go home... but decided to check out a chunk of bottom a few yards away.
Dropped the grapple... LOCK AND LOAD again all big fish!!! Crushing bites!!! Dream come true type fishing bunch more 8lb+ fish!!!
Multiple guys had high hook upwards of 30 keeper size fish (only taking a legal limit) and everyone got a few BIG FISH FROM 8-11 LBS!!!

By days end we caught over 120 Keeper Size fish with everyone taking home a legal limit and throwing the rest back for another day... About 20 FISH 8lbs or better, one was over 11lbs, and two more over 10lbs... most others were 4-7 lbs!!!
Sick fishing!!! Doesnt get much better than this!!! This time im Serious Al!!!
