Surf 12/18

Wanted to try my new 9'SuperSurf out. Went down to PP around 3:30 and fished till after dark. A couple of others there too. The herring are still around as they could be seen close to shore,even caught one on my plug. No bass this time. Had a few last week with 2 keepers and a 15# fish but that was a week ago. This was my first effort since.Not done yet but not fishing hard either. The tog have been keeping me from the beach. ;D Oh yeah,love the rod  ;D

Noworries, Now is a great time to take all the lures and that rod and cast , plug into this  GIN clear water: see how they work, pop,twitch,and dive.
