just returned from a 4 day ice fishing trip in the adirondacks.rented a house on paradox lake.fishing was a little slow, but we caught some nice laketrout.out of the 15fish we caught 10 were from 23-28inches,the largest around 8lbs.we jiged up smelts from4-8inches and used them on our tipups.we fished in 45-55ft.i tryed to jig the lakers with treble hook jigs but was snagging bait.had to switch to a single hook.jiged up 40 perch also.the ice was 24in.thick
