Fishing in the snow! Update

I know its snowing and cold out but Im heading out soon to fish the top of the tide today. Its a good excuse not to do housework or prepping the boat.  t^  Report to follow

Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.




My biggest fear is when I die my wife sells all of my fishing tackle for what she thinks I paid for it!

Oh well,,  nosmly it was not my day.. Like Joe says stick to boat fishing. ;D
 I gave it a good shot today. Everything should have been right but I had just one quick runoff on the clam. I had a second rod tossing plugs with no luck. I heard from a guy in the lot that he heard from a friends brother in laws friend that his cousins neighbors roomates twin  brothers girlfriends dad caught a Striper somewhere on the east coast today. ;D  I know that the water temp dropped drastically today. I fished an hour before the high and a few after the high. Same spot I witnessed I guy with a keeper walk out from on Tuesday. Maybe next time.. I'm booked on the Fish Monger on Tuesday for a Cod,Ling, Blackfish trip, Cant wait to hang with Wayne and Jerry clp. They always do well.  Good luck everyone!,  Eddie
