After reprots of the great striper action yesterday decided to take my son on party boat out of point pleasant today. Listened to all the stories of a full boat yesterday all getting their limits. Today the 35 people on board managed just 4 bass. So dissapointing. We went up to Raritan area and stayed for about 90 minutes and headed back down fishing the area off the beach the whole way down. Nada.
Instead of filets for the grill today I can just stare at the phots from others and drool.
I am sure while at work on Monday I will be reading how the bite came back! Still better than sitting home in the snow!!!!
