bay bunker chunking

mike-john hit the bunker schools and livelined jumbo racer blues.the hooks were disapering as fast as we could tie them on.made some bait and took a ride east of chapel hill channel and set up and started to chunk bunker.it didnt take long for the first bite.the bass were running and dropping the baits.we downsized the chunks and set the hook right away.that helped we landed 6 bass to 15lbs.the miss belmar princess was in the bay and set up next to us.

Thanks for the report . Yeah ,Blues are here .On the positive , weaks were caught by the netters.So,you might have a shot at them while clamming bass.

depends the water depth i find them.some times i have to snag them when they are in deep water.
