Shark River 6-8-2011
« on: June 08, 2011, 08:56:35 PM »
Broke the inlet at 5:15 Am with high hopes after seeing some of the reports.  Looked around outside the inlet and down to Manasquan and no bunker.  Worked back north to Long Branch with the same result.  Buddy continued south to seaside and still no bunker and no fish.  Trolled and came up blank.  Finally cought a couple of small bluefish under a small pod of birds.  Tried two wrecks for Sea Bass and that just did not work out either.  Back tomorrow for an evening bite try.
