I tell you what, we went to IBSP this evening and the flies were so thick they would hand me the can of bug spray and laugh.

If anyone disregards the dusk and dawn time frame for productive fishing is missing the boat.  Just as soon as the sun hit the horizon the fish came out to play.  We left early simply because I could not stand the flies any more bit my uncle caught the biggest skati I have ever seen.  I think if I measured it it would be over 4' from nose to tip of the tail.

But anyway, if you go bring gallons of bug spray.
