Pilot - July 4th Fluke
« on: July 05, 2011, 07:16:31 PM »
Had my brother Jay, my niece Olivia aka trashtalker and my sister Gail out for some flatties.   Pea soup kept us tight to the Ammo pier till 10:45 catching our share of shorts on killies/spro combos.   After the lift, we headed out to the channels to catch all the shorts you wanted and only managed three keeps.  Two of the largest 21" and 20.5" were caught by Gail dragging bait.  None stop action and it turned out to be a nice day till the bottom dropped out around 1:30. Got off the water to beat the return holiday traffic.   Good day to be with family! TT^

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.

Thanks bro for a great day out with my daughter and sis... clp. I thought at times you would have to knock some sense into the girls  smk, but had a few good laughs... A lot of throw backs, but still a lot of fun fishing with you... chrz
