Never fear! King NOAA has everything under control. The new, "Law of the Land," NOAA Law, is about to shove catch shares down our throats. With the advent of catch shares, suddenly, a miraculous recovery of fish stocks will occur. Just think! NO more ridiculous bag limits, NO more closed seasons, and NO more over-fishing. All brought about by the recreational fisherman paying, paying, and then paying again, for shares; shares for the privilege of catching King NOAA's fish.
