New jersey has been put under a hurricane watch......Mandatory evac. from Cape may to lavalette. Also Keansburg in monmouth county

A hurricane watch means ....within 24 hours you will feel the effects of hurricane irene, Tropical storm conditions first.

 Tidal surge is expected to be 8-12 ft above normal with a higher surge if she gets closer.

Also expected is heavy downpours with costal flooding.

 Damanging winds which will result in downed trees, power outages that are wide spread which could last as little as a few hours up to 3 weeks.

Marinas are taking all measures to remove boats from the water,some marinas have a 40 boat wait list, Call a head to get on the list cause if you wait till late tomarrow your pretty much screwed

 The casinos will be closing for only the third time in history (33) years!

Mass transit will be suspended in nyc and new jersey.


   This storm seems to be on a mission to clobber the jersey shore and cause wide spred damange to every one or thing in her way!

 Flash and extreme flooding is also expected expecialy in low lieing ares.

 Heavy downpours up to a foot of rain along with thunder storms are expected through out the eastern coast of new jersey

 WE ARE UNDER A HURRICANE WARNING!!!coastal jersey will have a extraordinary chance of a higher then expected storm surge thanks to the timing of landfall and high tides along with the high winds produced by this storm system.

 We should expect winds over 65-70 mph and severe downpours which in turn will cause flooding and downed powerlines and trees.

  Expect power outages to last as long as 3 weeks!...

Abury park has lowered their lake heights.
 
 The waters surrounding sandy hook, narrows and the waters around staten island will be pushed i farther inland causing major flooding and roads will be unpassable.

 The waves will build to 12 ft and a pounding surf will have major beach erosion..

 this is if the storm stays on track.This storm is 235 miles away for nc.

 A buoy has washed ashore in portsail.

This Hurricane Irene must be really "pissed" at New Jersey for the "jersey Shore" show because she is coming and gonna smack the coast around!

Ha ha ha ...Funny thing is i have never watch that show in full..After the first 20 minutes i realized that is all a bunch of douchebags getting drunk! Why would anyone wanna watch those drunkin douchebags on tv any way?

All the guys look like roid heads and all the females are pigs? I will however watch it sunday one guy breaks the other guys neck! now that,my friends, will be entertaining
