Good luck jayson, I'm getting ready for attempt 2 at kicking the habit, made it almost a month the first time then a death in the family happend and there that went. This time I'm gonna try what my father did when he quit drinking for a while. Wear a thick rubber band on your wrist and when you really get the urge pull it back and snap it on your wrist. It worked great fo him and he didn't drink again untill the band broke.

Last cigarette was around 10am Friday, so I'm about 34 hours smoke free.  Haven't slipped up yet!  Being on the beach today had me craving one so bad, but I was good.  I've just hit my wall I guess.  I've done it for way too long and spent way too much money on them.   Kim is quitting along side of me as well.  She had one today and strangely this is harder for her than me!  I WAS a pack and a half a day smoker, EASY!  Usually more.  She was under a pack a day.  We'll get through!

Good luck. I had to quit drinking and quit fishing to quit smoking. That sneaky bitch lady marlboro got me again this spring though.  Planning quit #4 soon. I'd say keep us posted but typing about them will make you think about them. They say 2 months smoke free and youre good
