Well was lookin to sea what type of vessels were out there and how much they were going for.

 After looking and calling on over 25 boats i stumbled across this one boat ....I got this feeling before....when that damn boat bug is nagging at me...thats how we got the fist one....

  Well its a 1974 Bonito 26 ft Express sportfisherman. It has a rebuilt ford 351 windsor that was rebuilt 2 months be4 it went in storage years ago ..Ive been told and saw pictures of valve cover off looks new.

 Has a trs drive thats rebuilt has paperwork.
the only issues are the gimbal bearing is bad and needs replacement. and the fuel tank(but of course)  any way hes lookin to get $2,700

 seems like a good deal,we'll sea when i go look at her

Pretty sharp lookin boat with nice lines to it.  I know you're pretty mechanically inclined, and you sure do know fuel tank work so this might really be a good deal for you.  See if you can get them to knock $700 off the price, it's a buyer's market.

Even better, don't be bashful man, get it for what you are willing to spend on it.  If he won't come down, just walk away.

hell yeah if i was use id tell him a grand cash and then move up to 1500....."project boats" are a dime a dozen right now and if he has had it for sale for any lenght of time he knows that too

Well i talked to the guy who owns the boat today...

 He told me he wont go lower then 2 g's and he has a guy ready to buy it....so wont be getting this one......still on the lookout so if you sea any thing sort of like that one....let me know....

 If the guy is ready to buy it, how come he hasn't bought it.  Waiting for financing?  I would make your offer just in-case the waiting offer falls through.  Just my 2 cents.
