NJSWF 2012 Offshore Tuna Trip Oct 5 – 6

Ok here is what we have to work with.

We can accommodate 10/6 to 10/7 or 10/19 to 10/20/2012.
 
The charter rate is $6700 for 20 passengers
Plus a minimum of 10% gratuities.
 
A $1000 deposit is due to hold the date.
Balance is payable in installments: $2000 due in July; $2000 in August, the
balance 1 week before sailing date.

So we need to have the date and then $50.00 from each person to hold the date.

Then $100.00 from everyone by July and the same for August.

Something is not adding up here.
$6700 + 10% = $7370
7370/20 = $368.50 per man
50+100+100 = 250
What am I missing
