The legal limit of yellowfin is 3/person.  So 20 anglers 2 crew & captain is 23
people.  The boat can keep 3 times 23 or 69 yellowfin. 

Only 1 bluefin per boat and long fin has no limit, so you can keep catching long fin.

Pepperoni,salami,peppercorn turkey,Italian four cheese by land o lakes, roasted garlic olive oil, roasted red pepper spread, spicy brown mustard, romaine lettuce on sun dried tomato baguette Italian bread  ;D

Proper  ventilation is required 2 hours after consumption  ::)

Actually,. unless the regs changed, on a Charter/Headboat you can keep 1 bft from 27" to less than 47" and 1 bft from 47" to 73" per trip/day per vessel.  t^
