Also for those who would like to know:

The legal limit of yellowfin is 3/person.  So 20 anglers 2 crew & captain is 23
people.  The boat can keep 3 times 23 or 69 yellowfin.  

Only 1 bluefin per boat and long fin has no limit, so you can keep catching long fin.

Actually,. unless the regs changed, on a Charter/Headboat you can keep 1 bft from 27" to less than 47" and 1 bft from 47" to 73" per trip/day per vessel.
