Pulled out of Keyport around noon with The wife Terran, Jersey Joe and his wife Jessica, Water temp was around 59 deg, northwest wind and sunny skies, High tide was coming at 4pm. All the Striper intel from NJSWF members and the vhf said NO Stripers today.. I wanted to put the girls on some action so We anchored up at the Shrews Rocks and Clammed for bottom fish. I also had an eel rigged way off the stern. The girls outfished us but Joe and I were very busy making up new rigs for the girls. :-\ :-\
  Jessica got the biggest porgy I have seen in a while,, The wind picked up and the clouds moved in so we were back at the dock by 7:15pm, Mixed bag was porgies,seabass and bergalls.. No takers on the eel. The girls had a great time,,
