New LED Trailer Lights
« on: October 25, 2011, 05:25:21 PM »
Had nothing to do,SCA kept me off the water today. rgmn So I decided to replace the rusty, old fashioned, sometimes they work, incandescent bulb lights on the boat trailer. I had the new LED tail lights, 4 side markers, and the three light strip for the center rear, and a new wire harness in the garage waiting to go.

Not bad, a two beer job. Used the old wires to pull the new ones through the frame. Drilled a few new mounting holes for the rear center lights, all connections extra sealed with liquid electrical tape. Good to go. Much brighter than the old lights, completely sealed, no bulbs to replace, no sockets to rust.  TT^   <'((((><
I've spent most of my life fishing, the rest I've just wasted     <'((((><

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.
