Sandy Hook Striper Report...Round 2 ...Fri 10/28
« on: October 29, 2011, 11:26:21 AM »
Ran an open Boat trip friday p.m. leaving dock at 7 p.m in flat calm conditions....went back to where we had them in the a.m. trip....great marks but not a touch.
Waited out the tide change...took forever again.....on the out going i expected better results but it wasnt gonna happen. Ran in and drifted the river...marked fish but not biting. Word on radio was all the same story all around.
Spoke to Pilot who was out there as well!
Back at dock at 1 am very frustrated.
