Hello All,
Had Bob Miller and the boys From Nj corrections aboard today for their turn at the jigging action!
The crazy striper bite continues!
Left early and steamed until we ran into the birds n bass busting on top again. bird paly from the beach out to about 50 ft...Little scattered to start but we boxed 8 keepers on our first drift.
Next drift the they really came together had 3-4 on at a time. Boxed up the rest of our limit and bonus fish! Few more drifts of c&r... about 40 stripers total!!!!
Next we headed to do some blackfish... just a pick n a lot of small ones!!! made a couple of drops and managed to box up a boat limit!
Avas worked best for the bass the last few days.... all fish were loaded with sandeels!
Another incredible day of fishing and the weather was a 10!
Doesn't get much better!!!
