Andy's Delight eve Striper 11/08

Met my godfather at the dock around 4:30.  At the tip of Sandy Hook by 5:15 to catch the end of the incoming.  Found tons of marks as usual, dropped eels and pretty much right away I was on.  Thankfully I had some help tonight to net the fish and in came a nice 31-32" Striper. Perfect eating size for me.  Tide slacked by 6 and finally turned at 6:30.  Marks were still lit up, and more at the bottom in the shallow 30' depth than in the channels, but they had lockjaw for the night.  Came home with enough meat for dinner tomorrow though  t^
