NOAA must be brought under control!

Just had a call from my good friend Tony Baker. He, along with eleven others, fished Hubbard's charter boat, the HUB, this morning. They easily limited out on gag grouper.
What NOAA, in the name of Catch Shares, is doing to us is absolutely criminal. NOAA must be brought under control! We who fish from the water, not from behind the desk, know what is out there. We, better than anyone else, know the state of our fisheries. Bob H.

Sorry, but NOAA does not need to be brought under control. That would be useless. NOAA needs to be entirely revamped.

Absolutely true!   From the top, Lubchenco, down, NOAA must be, "Entirely revamped."
