How would you do it (livewell)

Well my boat doesnt have one and it has a spot for one soooo winter project time is here.... I already have a saltwater washdown system on the boat would you make your tank and just hook it up to the washdown with a overflow at the top or is a aerator system better? or both? battery life isnt a huge concern as i usually have my honda genny.

From what I read when I built mine.  Intake up top.  keeps and muck from stirring up t^
