Tell me why they don't like Mondays
« on: November 29, 2011, 07:44:54 AM »
Went back out Mon. in hopes of a repeat of Saturdays action minus all the boats of course. Headed up along the Island and right away found hundreds of birds working the water, Here we go right? Wrong! They were even coming out of the water! We tried diamond jigs and lures nothing but a couple of run offs. We headed north and had what I figure were a couple of monster blues..bit off leaders. then the dead sea. Let me know when there is a Sand shark tourney coming up! Sand sharks on jigs? And my buddy Bob even got a sand shark double header rofla

Good effort.  Ya gotta be in it to win it.
Seems like the body of fish from last week started making a move and a new batch is moving onto the area.

From the beach yesterday it was much slower and all much smaller fish.  They didn't want AVAs either, all they wanted was tsunami eels  5hrug.  Almost like they all discussed it and agreed to only bite one lure.
