Striper Bonus Tag?
« on: April 10, 2012, 03:32:20 PM »
I have searched the web on how to get a striper bonus tag. Although I find info and pricing when I follow the link to the application from the NJ site it doesn't show?.

Does anyone know of a direct link to the application?

I just filled out the bonus tag page. They took my credit card for payment but will not link up to my printer. Says no page selected, can not print. Great way for the state to collect money and not provide service. Another one of Christie's schemes to balance the budget?  nosmly

Anyway, I did an alt/print screen and pasted to MS Paint and printed it out from there. They have to get up real early to pull one over on me.  TT^

Thanks, guys. Did I read correctly that the tag is good all season? All one has to do is report the extra fish on a website?

That was painful! The site is probably one of the least user friendly that I have ever seen. I guess I should've expected that.

Anyway; striper bonus tag and crab pot license done!

You have to fill the permit out directly after you catch your bonus fish. Do not wait to get back to the dock. If you have a bonus fish and are stopped and the permit is not filled out you are not in compliance and can be ticketed.

After filling out the permit you go to www.wildlifelicense.com/nj to report the catch and get a new permit.
