Well after rescheduling a few trips because of the howling winds. I received a call from long time client Dennis that if we could sneak out for a hour or two that would be great. Dennis had his brother in law(Dean) in from St. Lucia and wanted to try fishing in the atlantic.. I explain it would be pretty windy and we may only get a slim chance at them..Everyone agreed to give it a try.. We made our way out and had 3/4 of a mile of flat seas.. After the it was howling... Bait was a struggle but manage a 20 pieces.. Off we went.. First stop 10 pieces fell prey to gators n Deans first NJ stripers.. Then more blues.. It was now really blowing and we decided to head for the barn... I ran across great marks ..spun the boat .....Game on drop and reel for a solid hour on bass up to 25lbs.. So what I thought was going to be another day of boat watch turn into a great few hours of striper chaos..
