Typical government project, behind schedule & over budget. But it should be well worth the wait, the old ramp with the giant crumbling concrete wall was an adventure at times.

Bait Shop told me June 1.  To add to the misery the Neptune Twp ramp is also under constrution and one of the two floating docks at Bry's is being rebuilt.  I also heard a rumor that the ramp project is being held up by DEP.  One rumor has it as winter flounder spawning and another that there is a permit proble.  I do know with one ramp on the whole river it will be crazy.
