Ran an open boat tonight with Dave, Aaron, Russ and Matt. Broke the inlet to a stiff se wind. Bunks were very hard to get, but we got a few. Set up shop on some lumps near some small schools of bait. First mystery fish spooled Dave in seconds. Matts fish didnt get the hook. Aaron landed a nice 30lb striper. And no luck for Russ. Tough night for live linning. We had a few shots but couldnt get it done. Had some pretty good readings of stripes but couldnt get em to eat. Thanks guys.
We are running a PM Open Boat Thursday with 5 spots open. Friday AM with 1 spot open. Saturday and Sunday are also open trips.
